In addition to a welcome service, the Casa Hogar offers girls someone who listens, help in various stressful family and social situations, management of study scholarships, help in finding employment, discussions, conferences and advice from qualified professionals.

The house welcomes 42 young women from 16 to 23 years of age.
Created in 1966 the Casa Hogar welcomes girls whose original milieu does not permit a satisfying personal development

The emergency center of San Luis Potosi

This center functions on the site of the Casa Hogar and comes to the aid of girls in immediate danger, those having run away from home, been abandoned, etc. Hospitality is offered to them for a period of 5 days.

Women's relaxation center of San Luis Potosi

This women's center has been functioning since 1978 and has an important role in social assistance, particularly for girls with limited income: students, women at home, household servants, manual laborers, etc..

3000 girls use the center, 1500 are enrolled annually to take workshops and courses which are offered there. Others come to practice a sport.

The center offers four major sectors of activity:

- Personal development

- Teaching: computer courses (Windows, Office 2000 and the Internet), secretarial, English, sewing, hair-dressing, cooking courses; all such courses are recognized officially.

- Art and crafts : embroidery, manual work, drawing, painting.

- Sports and relaxation: volleyball, jazz, ballroom dancing, aerobics, gymnastics, etc. Summer courses are offered to girls from 15 years of age on, as well as camps for children between 3 and 12 years and youth groups between 12 and 15 years.
